- The evening tour consists of an introductory presentation of the
Cittadella di Scienze della Natura, a visit to the Osservatorio and
an astronomical viewing of the sky from our well equipped terrace, with
a description of the visible constellations and the use of different
telescopes (Celestron 8' and 14') to see the main deep sky objects present
in the sky.
Tours are made only when the weather is good and with groups of no more than 60 people. The number is large as our wish is to give a rich and detailed explaination of all astronomical objects, not a quick glance. All with the help of our well trained staff members.

- The tour lasts about 2 hours and starts at different times, depending on season.

- When special astronomical events occur (eclipses, comets, meteoric showers) the Osservatorio Astronomico is also open to the public during working days. An article is printed in the La Prealpina journal and on our website, it is then possible to book a tour by calling the secretary's office.
